Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the dapat44 platform — including the website, mobile application and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the dapat44 platform immediately. Continued use after notice of changes is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

This document should be read together with dapat44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form one complete agreement between the user and the platform.

User Eligibility and Account Registration

Registration and use of the dapat44 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Acting on their own behalf and not as a representative of a third party.
• Not currently on a voluntary self-exclusion list of any gambling platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Account Use and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with any party.

• Reporting any unauthorised access to dapat44 customer support immediately.
• Ensuring account information such as phone number and email is always kept up to date.

The use of automated software, bots, betting tools or any mechanism intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and freezing of funds.

dapat44 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in protecting their login details.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the dapat44 platform are subject to the following provisions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the same user's name. dapat44 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving large withdrawals for security purposes.

Deposited funds are for gambling purposes only. Any attempt to use the platform to transfer money without legitimate wagering activity is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by dapat44 — including the welcome bonus, VIP cashback and periodic promotions — are subject to specific wagering requirements:

• The 150% welcome bonus of up to a maximum of RM888 is available for the first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, and the total wagering required is RM1,500 (RM150 × 10).
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback from 0.2% (Bronze tier) to 1.0% (Diamond tier).
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including multiple account registrations or deliberate conflicting bets — will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• dapat44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.

Game Rules and Result Accuracy

All games offered on the dapat44 platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and result accuracy. The platform offers online slots, live casino (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo), sports betting and other games.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results:

• dapat44's server records are final and override any records on the user's device.
• Any technical error that causes an invalid result will be handled in accordance with internal policy with fair consideration.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled except at dapat44's discretion in certain circumstances.

Bets accepted during an internet connection disruption are the user's responsibility. dapat44 recommends that users ensure a stable connection before starting a betting session.

Privacy, Personal Data and Information Protection

By registering on this platform, you agree that:

• dapat44 may share information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required to do so by law.
• Transaction data is stored in accordance with regulatory and platform operational requirements.

Suspension, Closure and Self-Exclusion

dapat44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or system abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period.
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Users who wish to close their own account for any reason — including for self-exclusion purposes in the context of responsible gambling — may contact the customer support team via live chat or email at any time. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a short timeframe.

Once an account is closed, any remaining funds after settlement will be returned via the original payment method, subject to the required security checks.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The dapat44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service functions properly at all times, dapat44 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues.

dapat44 is not responsible for:

• Loss of funds resulting from a user's own negligence in managing their account details.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the user.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond dapat44's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters or third-party actions.

Any claim against dapat44 is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

dapat44 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any provision in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest terms. Notice of material changes will be communicated via email or notification within the user's account.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The dapat44 platform operates under international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed.

Any dispute arising from the use of this platform should first be resolved through negotiation between the user and the dapat44 support team. If no resolution can be reached, the parties involved may refer to the arbitration mechanism designated by the licensing authority.
